Lexington Metallic Basement

Problem: Client wanted a seamless metallic floor for his basement.

Solution: Clean and grind the floor per SSPC SP-13,  fill cracks and control joint with an epoxy mortar and grind smooth, apply two coats of 100% solids epoxy primer, apply one coat of self leveling 100% solids clear epoxy with metallic pigments added and create the desired effect.
