Mayodan Commercial Floor

Problem: This floor functions as a roof and floor.  There is an electrical room beneath the floor that was getting wet through cracks when it rained causing issues.

Solution: Pressure washed the floor per SSPC SP-13, primed with a water-based epoxy primer, coated over the cracks with a Flexible Silicone Roof coating and embedded fabric into the coating, applied two coats of Flexible Silicone Roof Coating.
