Kernersville Commercial Floor
Problem: Client was installing a clean room in this facility and needed a clean, seamless floor. Solution: Clean and grind floor per SSPC SP-13, fill cracks and control joint with an epoxy mortar and grind smooth, apply one coat of 100% solids epoxy primer, apply one coat of self leveling 100% solids epoxy, and topcoat with a moisture cured urethane.

Problem: Tank had not been coated in decades and was covered in mildew that couldn’t be easily washed off. The tank also had several concrete spalls. Solution: Pressure washed the tank per SSPC SP-1, prepared the concrete spalls per SSPC SP-13, repaired the concrete spalls with a high strength repair mortar, applied a low viscosity epoxy primer for maximum penetration, then applied 2 coats of high performance, mildew resistant, acrylic coating.

Solution: Clean and grind floor per SSPC SP-13, beadblasted the floor for a more aggressive anchor profile, applied ⅛” of urethane cement, applied one coat of self leveling 100% solids epoxy, applied one coat of aliphatic polyurethane.

Solution: Pressure washed the floor per SSPC SP-13, primed with a water-based epoxy primer, coated over the cracks with a Flexible Silicone Roof coating and embedded fabric into the coating, applied two coats of Flexible Silicone Roof Coating.
