Solution: Clean and grind floor per SSPC SP-13, fill cracks and control joint with an epoxy mortar and grind smooth, apply one coat of 100% solids epoxy primer, apply one coat of self leveling 100% solids epoxy, and topcoat with a moisture cured urethane.
