University Floor
Problem: The floor had been repaired and patched many times over the years and had a peeling, failing coating. Solution: Clean and grind floor per SSPC SP-13, beadblasted the floor for a more aggressive anchor profile, applied ⅛” of urethane cement, applied one coat of self leveling 100% solids epoxy, applied one coat of aliphatic polyurethane.

Problem: This floor functions as a roof and floor. There is an electrical room beneath the floor that was getting wet through cracks when it rained causing issues. Solution: Pressure washed the floor per SSPC SP-13, primed with a water-based epoxy primer, coated over the cracks with a Flexible Silicone Roof coating and embedded fabric into the coating, applied two coats of Flexible Silicone Roof Coating.
